FINCA and Credit Suisse

Since October 2008, Credit Suisse has been the premier partner of FINCA global Training and Leadership Development Initiative. The initiative is designed to promote leadership and staff development, and to improve the performance of FINCA's roughly 7,000 employees world-wide, particularly credit staff. In addition to financial support, FINCA and Credit Suisse have created an employee engagement program that allows Credit Suisse staff to lend their professional expertise to FINCA’s global operations.
